Hi! I’m Jose Ramos.
When I graduated college 10 years ago, I started a job that paid well. I also liked the work I was doing. My social life was fun. I was physically fit. I felt successful.
However, I also felt stuck in other areas of my life. My diet and finances were far from where I wanted them to be. My goals in these areas seemed like a list of projects that I would never finish.
For 4 years, I saw improve my finances every time I read through my to-do list. The disappointment in myself grew every day I continued to put off the work required to achieve my goals.
The guilt ate away at me. I was stressed because what I should be doing was always in the back of my mind. I procrastinated for years. I started taking action on my finances several times throughout those years.
However, I didn’t stick with it long enough to see results. Life got in the way. Soon afterwards, I was back where I started. The longer I procrastinated, the more I built up the projects mentally; it felt like a monumental task.
Even though I was successful in some areas of life, I couldn’t get my act together in other areas. I decided to make a change when my frustration and discouragement peaked. I started reading books and articles about personal growth.
I learned about setting and achieving goals, productivity, following through on plans, implementing habits and systems, and successful mindsets. I started applying what I learned instead of passively consuming information.
I tested different routines and strategies. I kept the ones that worked for me. I improved them over time. I threw out the strategies that didn’t produce results.
I optimized and automated my finances, overhauled my eating habits, and focused on my highest priorities instead of trying to do it all. Learn how I transformed myself to follow through on my road maps and achieve goals consistently.
